Please note that customized equipment and custom-fitted helmets are final sale to ensure the highest standards of protective integrity.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to verify your eligibility for a return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original VICIS protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's structural integrity, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
